Online Reputation Management: Using Search & Social Media to Manage Your Brand
In today’s world, your ability to manage your brand’s reputation lives or dies by the first page of search engine results. By optimizing your brand for blended search results you can (1) capture more of the real-estate in the search results, and (2) make your own results more engaging for users. In this talk, I explain how blended search works, and how your brand can devise a content strategy that will help it reach its reputation management goals.

Cloudvertising: The Future of Digital Advertising
Through their social media activity, users are providing more data about themselves than any amount of demographic analysis ever could. By integrating social media into their strategy, publishers can access this data and use it to bolster their revenues by diversifying their ad offers and offering advertisers media buys with a better ROI. In this talk, I will take you through the process of engaging users through search and social media, and then using that data to build a more diversified revenue model and more targeted ad offers.
